The Advisers

We have a team of six experienced and very professional advisers. They benefit from being able to interchange ideas in more complex circumstances to the advantage of our clients. We place a great emphasis on training and development and are not content for our team to have just the basic qualification required to practice. Two of our advisers have the Dip. PFS qualification with most working towards that qualification.

	Phil Blease, Dip.PFS, Client Director Phil has an Honours Degree from Bradford University. He has also achieved the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate (AFPC) and is a Member of the Personal Finance Society (PFS). Phil is the Chief Executive of John K Miln & Company.	E-mail Phil
	Robert Bourguignon, Client Director Robert joined the Company in 1998, following 24 years service with Bradford & Bingley, both in branch management and financial services positions. Robert joined the Board of Directors of John K Miln & Company in November 2000.	E-mail Robert
	Graham Elliott, Dip.PFS, Client Manager Graham was born and educated in Penzance. His career commenced with Lloyds Bank, where he served in several branches in Cornwall. He joined Standard Life in 1984 and has been an IFA since 1987.	E-mail Graham
	Tom Wandless, Client Manager Tom joined the Company in 1999, having served 17 years as Aircrew in the Royal Naval Fleet Air Arm based at RNAS Culdrose. Tom also works with military personnel in the Army, in addition to clients now in civilian employment.	E-mail Tom
	Ged Dixon, Client Manager Ged who joined the team in 2007, has over 17 years of experience with Scottish Widows, Zurich and Royal Sun Alliance, where he provided high quality support to independent financial advisers. Ged lives with his partner Tiffany in Truro.	E-mail Ged
	Duncan Cameron, Client Manager Duncan joined the team in May 2007. He has a BSc degree in Environmental Sciences and 16 years experience in Financial Services and Business Management.  Duncan is married to Alison, and is a keen yachtsman, currently living in North Cornwall	E-mail Duncan
